Will Dubai be the first Blockchain-based city by 2020?

According to the General Director of Smart Dubai, Dr Aisha Bint Butti Bin Bishr, the city is in a privileged position to establish itself as the heart of Blockchain technology and crypto-currencies. Dubai might therefore become a “Blockchain Smart City” in the next two years. The news is reported by the CCN website. Attracting some of the most innovative Blockchain startups in Dubai is part of a larger plan called Dubai Blockchain Strategy 2020.
