Visa CEO opens a window on cryptocurrency

Al Kelly, CEO of Visa, said that the company will enter the cryptocurrency market only when these will be more solid. However, Visa is ready to implement cryptographic services.
Elizabeth Gurdus of CNBC, quoting Kelly, explains that the change would be if the cryptocurrency “starts moving from being more of a commodity to actually really being a payment instrument.”
The CEO continues: “If it goes in that direction, we will move in that direction. We want to be in the middle of every payment flow in the world regardless of how it happens or what the currency is behind it.”
