USA, waiting for the Congress action on FinTech

After the decision of The Treasury Department and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Congress now has to legislate on the matter. Jim Marous on Forbes writes FinTech sector is waiting for the measures on the aggregation of consumer data of users and the sharing data between different organizations.
The OCC recommendations have been met with enthusiasm by the FinTech companies, while the traditional ones fear favorable conditions for investors in startups, Blockchain and cryptocurrency.
However, experts predict support actions for FinTech will encourage economic growth, new jobs, innovation and competition.
