U.S., a single regulatory framework for cryptocurrency

The American Treasury department recently said that it intends to soon propose some sort of guidance for a single regulatory framework for cryptocurrency. This would include the Financial Services Oversight Committee (FSOC). Federal Reserve Chair Donald Powell, SEC chair Jay Clayton, the director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau participate in the FSOC.
