United Arab Emirates, a regulation for ICOs

The United Arab Emirates regulatory body has approved ICO tokens as securities. The “CCN” website writes that a complete regulatory framework will be ready in mid-2019. Thanks to the contribution of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange and the Dubai Financial Market, trading platforms will be developed for cryptographic assets.
