Two factors to know when you can invest in cryptocurrency

Two Yale University economists in a report give to investors some useful insights to know when is the best time to invest in cryptocurrency. In an article published on the CNBC website, Ali Montag specifies that they have examined the value of Bitcoin, Ripple and Ethereum for years, then they have advanced hypotheses about future trends.

There are two factors. The first one is the “momentum effect”: when the price rises, on average it continues to rise and when it decreases, it continues to fall. The second one is the “investor attention effect”: numerous tweets and online searches correspond to an increase in the value of the cryptocurrency.
