Tokyo wants to attract international fintech companies

Tokyo intends to become an attractive center for fintech startups worldwide. The Tokyo metropolitan government implemented the 2019 Fintech Business Camp Tokyo accelerator as part of the “Global Financial City: Tokyo Vision” launched in 2017. Innovatorsmag website explains that around 10 companies will be selected to join the accelerator, which will take place from late September to November.
