The United States lauch two task forces on fintech and AI

In the United States, the House Financial Services Committee promoted two task forces dedicated to the application of technology to financial services. Rachel Friedman (JD Supra) explains that a task force is about fintech (local and international regulation, alternative data for underwriting signing and data privacy), the other is about Artificial Intelligence (interaction between consumers and use of services). Maxine Waters, Chair of the House Financial Services Committee, intends to increase user access to available credit.
