The EU is launching guidelines for fintech regulation

The EU is developing guidelines on fintech and could create a sandbox and an innovation hub (already present in Britain). As Huw Jones of Euronews explains, in Europe already Denmark and the Netherlands have a sandbox. The Eu maybe want to focus the attention on the fintech because of the upcoming Brexit.
The introduction at the start of this year of new EU cross-border electronic payments rules which allow startups to access a customer’s banking data to offer new services, is driving demand for more sandboxes.
