Morgan Stanley is planning to offer Bitcoin swaps

Alastair Marsh on Bloomberg reveals that the American bank Morgan Stanley intends to offer complex derivatives for the exchange of Bitcoins. The source of the news asked the agency to remain anonymous.
Investors will use the so-called “price return swaps” and the bank will apply a spread to each transaction. Morgan Stanley, however, does not intend to exchange Bitcoin directly but to link its swaps to the futures of the digital currency.
The largest Wall Street banks, such as Goldman Sachs and Citigroup, are enriching their offer with services related to cryptocurrencies in general and Bitcoin in particular.
