Malta, education certificates on blockchain

Kurt Sansone (Malta Today) announces that Malta has become the first country to put education certificates on blockchain. Prime Minister Joseph Muscat said: “In 2017, we said Malta will become the blockchain island, and it has,” adding the project helped minimise bureaucracy and provided greater security for students’ private data.
