Forbes is applying the blockchain to publish content

Forbes has partnered with a blockchain-based platform to publish its content. Ana Berman on Cointelegraph writes that from the beginning of 2019, journalists will be able to upload their data on a decentralized network while posting it to the Forbes website simultaneously.
According to U.S. news outlet Axios, the new process will initially apply only to crypto-related news items. Howeverif the experiment is successful, other pieces will be posted on blockchain as well.
That through the use of smart contracts, Forbes authors can upload their articles to Forbes’ CMS and then share them on other platforms, such as LinkedIn and Medium.
