EU Finance ministers for an European law on cryptocurrencies

EU Finance ministers ask the EU to adopt common rules for all member countries regarding cryptocurrencies and blockchain. The States would prepare a document for a summit in Vienna  next Friday and Saturday. Francesco Guarascio and Peter Maushagen report it on Reuters.
The possible expansion of the digital coin market in Europe and the interest in ICOs in EU countries, which represent 30% of the global market in terms of funded projects, could bring regulators to discipline the matter.
