Blockchain, the German government is consulting companies but it needs a regulatory framework

The German government has opened a consultation to ask companies about possible application of the blockchain. Vera Eckert (Reuters) reports that blockchain startups have said that without a legal framework, there are high entrance hurdles. The government intends to present a well-defined strategy by the next summer.
