The music producer Stephen Brett on Forbes lists the blockchain advantages in the music world and notes that music streaming disrupted the music industry in the same way mobile phones changed the way people communicate.
Brett says the blockchain simplifies people’s access to music. The technology will not only allow listeners to access music legally, it will also make royalty payments transparent for rights holders, labels and distributors.
