Blockchain, a new private protocol to increase operation volumes

A new study by the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has shown that the Blockchain can increase the volumes of the U.S. equity market through a private protocol. Private Blockchain has different privacy and sharing models, data storage, smart contract functionality and governance model. Tom Groenfeldt explains it on Forbes.
Jennifer Peve, CEO of DTCC, said: “We were able to achieve a much higher scalability rate that we had anticipated when we started”.
