Russia, blockchain in the next election?

The city council of Moscow has submitted a bill to use blockchain technology for an electronic voting system in the upcoming elections to avoid fraud. Max Yakubowski (Cointelegraph) writes that in Russia a similar experiment had already been done in a regional elections.
