Blockchain regulation, rules already exist

Some blockchain-based fields such as cryptocurrencies and ICOs are being regulated. Nicole Kobie on Wired writes that it is not necessary to approve a new ‘ad hoc’ regulation, but just to apply existing rules.
Meanwhile, more and more companies are considering blockchain as a way to organise their entire industry through a private network to store securely data.
