Blockchain, the numbers of a growing phenomenon

Matthew Lieberman on Forbes gives us some numbers that explain the impact of blockchain technology:
– Gartner (a world leader firm providing insights, advice, and analysis in IT) recently forecast that this technology will add more than $3.1 trillion in annual business value by 2030
– according to a recent PwC survey of 600 global business executives, 84% said their companies have some involvement with blockchain
– investors poured $13.7 billion into ICOs in the first five months of 2018.
