Blockchain and Copyright, less violations and more rights

In an article by Andrew Rossow, Forbes deals with the application of Blockchain to copyrights from the distinction between Smart Contract (information technology of Blockchain) and license agreement. Through the distributed ledger technology (“DLT”), the chain of blocks can reduce copyright violations and preserve intellectual property.
In addition, the Blockchain would help researching – especially for professional reasons – of information about music licensing.
Thanks to this technology, intellectual property rights are digitized, protected and open to the public.
