Dubai smartest and happiest city in the world also thanks to blockchain

Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things are essential tools for Smart Dubai. The project aims to transform the city into the smartest and happiest in the world. The American magazine Time explains the application of new technologies want to empower citizens in the renewable energy sector, making them prosumers and not only consumers of electricity.
H. E. Saeed Mohammed AL Tayer, CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, interviewed by the weekly magazine, specifies the city “aspires to become a global center of clean energy and of the green economy” to increase – by 2050 – 75% the use of clean energy sources.
