background_position=&#8221;top_left&#8221; background_repeat=&#8221;repeat&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;3.16.1&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019appello lanciato a Bruxelles da Massimo e Andrea Tortorella alle istituzioni europee \u00e8 chiaro: la regolamentazione delle criptovalute e della tecnologia blockchain \u00e8 necessaria, e bisogna fare presto. \u00c8 l\u2019unico modo per consentire all\u2019Europa di essere capofila di questa rivoluzione tecnologica che sta investendo non solo aziende e istituzioni, ma la vita quotidiana di tutti noi.<\/p>\n<p><iframe id=\"fitvid0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/S1CMov0m9pc?feature=oembed&amp;rel=0&amp;cc_load_policy=1&amp;showi nfo=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>A margine della presentazione del loro libro \u201cCripto-svelate\u201d nella sede del Parlamento europeo, chiedono dunque che \u00abl\u2019Unione Europea si faccia carico di questa responsabilit\u00e0\u00bb per andare incontro al lavoro \u00abche tanti stati membri stanno gi\u00e0 facendo, definendo una normativa ad hoc utile a definire il comparto\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Alla presenza di esponenti del Parlamento e della Commissione dell\u2019Unione (gli europarlamentari Eva Kaili, Andreas Schwab e Fulvio Martusciello ed il vice capo di gabinetto del commissario per l\u2019economia digitale Carl Buhr) Andrea (CEO di Consulcesi Tech) e Massimo Tortorella (presidente di Consulcesi Group), hanno anche presentato il primo fondo di investimento regolato dedicato a criptovalute e blockchain che ha ottenuto l\u2019autorizzazione da uno stato membro dell\u2019Unione Europea, Malta. \u00abSignifica che per la prima volta uno stato UE ha dato la possibilit\u00e0 a qualsiasi istituzione bancaria di poter promuovere ai propri investitori questa forma alternativa di investimento\u00bb, spiega Massimo Tortorella.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCome questo fondo dimostra \u2013 aggiunge Andrea Tortorella -, la regolamentazione consente di rispondere a tutte le obiezioni che vengono indirizzate alle criptovalute: l\u2019insicurezza degli exchange, i tempi, le modalit\u00e0 di transizione, ma anche la fiscalit\u00e0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 quindi necessario che l\u2019UE si attivi per andare incontro a questa vera e propria rivoluzione tecnologica, che va ben al di l\u00e0 del mondo finanziario e del fintech: \u00abLa blockchain ha infiniti ambiti di applicazione \u2013 prosegue Andrea Tortorella \u2013 che vanno dall\u2019industria farmaceutica al settore sanitario, passando per la food chain supply: l\u2019UE sta facendo molto, infatti, per proteggere le specificit\u00e0 del cibo italiano; se si utilizzasse la blockchain, ad esempio, saremmo del tutto certi della catena di produzione alimentare e dell\u2019origine, quindi, del cibo che si trova sugli scaffali dei supermercati\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Sono tematiche nuove ed affascinanti, queste, destinate a cambiare il nostro quotidiano proprio come ha fatto Internet. Essendo nuove, tuttavia, sono poco conosciute. Anche per rispondere alla necessit\u00e0 di spiegarle in modo semplice e comprensibile anche ai non addetti del settore, gli autori hanno deciso di scrivere \u201cCripto-svelate\u201d. Ma Consulcesi Tech si \u00e8 spinta ancora pi\u00f9 in l\u00e0, collaborando con la Link Campus University all\u2019organizzazione di un master in \u201cBlockchain ed economia delle criptovalute\u201d per formare su queste tematiche i tecnici che svolgeranno attivit\u00e0 legate alla Blockchain. Il master, multilingue, potr\u00e0 essere pagato ovviamente anche in criptovalute.
